EMPLOYMENT

Hines Law represents victims of employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, unequal pay and employees with wage and hour law claims. The firm offers free consultation to employees facing problems in the workplace.

Attorney Hines is part of the TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund™ administered by the National Woman’s Law Center in Washington DC. In cases involving sexual harassment or retaliation in the workplace, the Fund may provide financial support for legal expenses, such as expert witness and deposition costs. Such financial assistance helps “level the playing field” in cases against large corporations, public entities and their insurance companies. Hines Law partners with other nonprofit organizations to protect and advance employee rights.
